What are the main DentForms' features? MedicTalk DentForms is a user friendly application, designed to bring your office much closer to the paperless environment. The main features of the DentForms are: 
- collecting electronic signatures (patient, doctor, and witness)
- easy collecting and storing of consent forms and other documents (such as HIPAA, financial agreement, etc.)
- easy collecting and storing of patients' questionnaires
- getting the patients' signatures in electronic format under the treatment plans

Can we load our own forms into your program? Yes, you can. DentForms include our own Admin program for managing templates, such as questionnaires, consent forms, and other documents.

Do you provide technical support for your software? YES. Technical support is provided from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday (except holidays). You are allowed unlimited phone calls. E-mail support is also included at support@medictalk.com. 
Highly trained technicians handle support calls and most issues are resolved during your initial call.
Although our software is extremely stable, technical support is an invaluable service that you will quickly come to appreciate. Contact your sales representative or call us directly to obtain the prices for our technical support.

Do you plan to provide any program enhancements, updates? YES. Significant enhancements for DentForms are provided once a year. Updates to correct known problems or deficiencies are provided as needed. 
In order to receive technical support services and program enhancements and updates, the yearly contract must be purchased.

Does your software have an on-line HELP system? YES. DentForms system has an extensive HELP system. The system contains highly detailed instructions with screen shots and can actually be used as a tutorial.

Do you provide training for your software? YES. Although our system is very intuitive and easy to use, it is essential that clients be trained in its use. We take advantage of the many functions of the Windows operating system. You would never know about all those features without training. Typically, clients are required to receive 1-2 hours of training. All our trainers have worked in dental industry, so they know how to teach the staff to use the system from a user's point of view. Our on-line HELP system can also help new staff members to learn the system.

What is your refund policy? If you would like a chance to examine and evaluate our software prior to purchase, please contact us to download our free trial before you purchase a license key. Upon purchase, all sales are FINAL. We do not offer refunds once the license key has been paid for.

What is the MedicTalk Admin? The MedicTalk Admin is the user-friendly application to manage DentForms' questionnaires, consent forms, and other documents. It looks like a regular Windows Explorer, supporting the cut/paste, drag/drop, and many other standard features.
